The natural observations lasted about ten months and then analyzed the observational data by the naturalistic qualitative point of view. In order to further understanding the children, they were tested by intelligent and achievement tests. The results had found that ADHD is a heterogeneitive group which is divided mainly by perseverative response. 10 ADHD children could be divided into five subtypes: predominantly attentive problem, predominantly conductive problem, predominantly hyperactive problem, predominantly intelligence problem and predominantly affective problem. The subtype of predominantly attentive problems are difficulties in distributing and switching attention, perseverative responses and learning disability in arithmetic. The subtype of predominantly conduct problem has aggressive and defiant behaviors. The problems of other subtypes are hyperactivity, low IQ and affective disturbance. These findings suggest that the diagnosis and interventions should be highlighted the heterogeneity of ADHD and the interventions should be different. Parent''''s and teacher''''s management methods, instruction, interaction, and impressions of child would affect the degree of severity of behavioral problems in ADHD children.
