researcher,is a system of integrating the computers,network,
application software anddatabases,for coming up to an working
environment with high valuable and effective functions,such as
Intranet,Office Automation and Product Data Management System
etc. With the development of techniques turningmature day by
day,the function and characteristic of this system on complete
actor-and-group work purpose are getting more and more evident.
Thus,to implement Work Group Information System is anticipated a
signi-ficant trend for the corporations improving their
computerization in today. The chief purpose of the research is
to develop a certain proceduresand methods,for the corporations
implementing Work Group Information System quickly and
successfully,and carrying out the modern informationtechniques
and management theories (e.g. Re-engineering, Concurrent-
Engineering),enhancing physiques to upgrade their competition
capacities.
