Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 資訊工程研究所 === 85 === Nowadays, in clinical diagnosis, the results of pathological specimen examination assist doctor a lot to evaluate the degree of illness in clinical diagnosis. However, erronesous assessment arises from the subjective experience and eye measurement. With the great advancement in computer and mechanical control techniques, an automatic pathological specimen analysis system coupled with optical microscope has been designed and developed to automatically examine the pathological specimen. The high- speed computation of a personal computer makes analyzing the amount of images captured from the pathological specimen a reality. The proposed automatic microscopic image analysis system automatically analyzes the tissue specimen and offers both quantitative and objective measures. The developed system is equipped with the image processing modules together with the auto - driven microsopic mechanical stage. The software has been developed with the object - oriented computer language and designed to provide a visual programming environment to make the system easier to use and have high extensibility for users to process different kinds of specimens. The software system provides users a user - friendly interface that includes an iconic programming editor, mian menu, error message display window, etc.. In addition, we take advantages of the combination of several object-techniques to analyze and design the system to assure the reusability of the developed software system.
