Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 運動教練研究所 === 85 === Soccer is a group sport with the characteristics of the large field, great deal of participants, long time period, violence, and great variation, In addition to the excellent techniques, effective strategies and health psychological qualities, physical ability is the most important factor for soccer players according to the characteristics of this sport. Therefore, the objective of this research was to study the sport intensity in competition and the recovery condition during break. The subjects six players (including 2 forward, 2 midfield, and 2 defender) of female soccer teams in Chin-Wen College, Shin-Wu Senior High School (the first-grade section), Chin- Wen Junior high School, Shin-Wu Junior High School (the junior high school section), Shou-Gang Elementary School, and Hang-Ming Elementary School (the elementary school section). The remote heart rate monitor and electronic step counter were put on the subjects to record data during 3 games. The heart rates and the movement steps were studied and compared among different sections and different position in the same group. The conclusions can be summarized as followed:
1. The comparison of heart rates: the average of heart rates of the second-half was lower than the first-half. These elementary school section and junior high school section were significantly higher than the firstgrade section. With the comparison between three positions, it depended on the attact-defend condition and the score, but the midfields had higher heart rates.
2. There was no difference of the recovery heart rates in the half-time poriod between sections and positions. The players kept 125 beats/min of the heart rates during 10 minutes break, and the coaches must concern about this issue.
3. The comparison of the movement steps: there was significant between the fierst-half and the second-half in Chin-Wen Junior High School and Hang-Ming Elementary school (the first-half > the second-half). The defenders had more significant steps than the forwards adn the midfields in Chin-Wen College and Hang-Ming soccer teams; the midfield players had more steps in the other four teams.
