The purpose of this research was to explore the influencing factors of intention to take the physical education course for senior students. Through understanding the need of students, the physical education course could be improved and desiged well. Based on the research, the findings were as follows :   1.After induction and analysis, the influencing factors of intention to take the physical education course for senior students could be concluded in order of importance as follows: facilities and equipment, teachers, physical education course’s administration, the objective of taking physical education course, self-considiration, peers, and fun in the sports.   2.Between the public and the private universities, there were five factors showed significant differences in the agreement level of factors'' importance: the objective of taking physical education course, phyaical education course’s admination, teachers facilities and equipment, self-considiration. At the public universities, the agreement level of factors'' importance on theses factors was higher than the private.   3.Between the male and the female senior students, only fun in the sports arrived significant difference which showed that males were higher than females in the agreement level of factors'' importance.   4.Between different colleges, there were significant differences in the agreement level of factors’ importance showed in: physical education course’s adminsdtration, teachers, facilities and equipment and self-considiration. On the factor of physical education course'' administration, at the college of liberal arts was higher than the college of commerce: On the factor of teachers, the college of liberal arts was higher than the college of commerce, the college of law was higher than the college of commerce, the college of law was higher than the college of commerce, the college of sciences was higher than the college of commerce, On the factor of facilities and equipment the college of of liberal arts was highter than the college of commerce, the college of law was higher than the college of commerce; On the factor of self-considiration, the college of sciences was higher than the college of commerce, the college of management was higher than the college of commerce, the college of management was higher than the college of engineering.   5.Between senior students in different areas, there were significant differences in the agreement level of factors'' importance showed in: teachers, peers and self-considiration. On the factor of teachers, senior students at the south universities were higher than those at the north. On the factor of peers, the north was higher than those at the south, the middle was higher than those at the south, the middle was higher than those at thenorth. On the factor of self-consideiration, the south was higher than those at the north, the south was higher than those at the middle.   6.Between seniors students taking the physical education course and those not taking, there were significant differences in the agreement level of factors'' importance showed in : the objective of taking physical education coure, peers and sport fun in the sports. The agreement level of senior students taking the physical education course on all these factors was higher than those not taking.
