It explores the thory, history and development of M & A in PRC, and focus on the thirteen main-issues and strategic-fit-matrix about the views of Taiwan''s investors. The thirteen main-issues include basic strategic-analysis, acquisition motive, acquisition team, search and screen, evaluation, deal structure, negonition and agreement, take-over, cultrue integration, synergy, government and regulation.
