It is a good machining method , asknown as electropolishing ,to get a excellent surface roughness and brightness. This studying introduces advantages and principle of the electrochemical polishing, discusses the influences of machining factors on the electropolishing, uses the experiment design method to find out main effects of the machining factors, and uses regression and Fuzzy theory to establish material removal and surface roughness model. From the results,we know the predicting results of Fuzzy model better thanregression model.This Fuzzy theory model (ANFIS model) can apply to forecast the machining results of electropolishing.
