Summary:碩士 === 國立台南師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 85 ===   This study explores realization of distance education in elementary schools. Specifically, it examines (1) objectives to implement distance education in elementary schools; (2)educational objectives conformable to implement distance education in elementary schools; (3) subjects conformable to implement distance education in elementary schools; (4) teaching patterns conformable to implement distance education; (5) helpful factor to implement distance education; (6) condition to implement distance education (7) teachers'' need about information to distance education in elementary schools; and (8) organization adjustment to implement distance education in elementary schools.   The subjects included 292 teachers and administrator were selected from the elementary schools in Tainan County area via stratified random sampling method.   The conclusion of this study were as follows:   (1) There were significant among objectives to implement distance education for teachers and administrators in elementary schools.   (2) Each of educational objectives was conformable to implement distance education in elementary schools.   (3) Each of subjects was conformable to implement distance education in elementary schools.   (4) It''s was network collocate teaching pattern Teaching patterns conformable to implement distance education.   (5) Chinesized computer was the first helpful factor to implement distance education.   (6) It''s teachers'' flux condition to implement distance education   (7) Teachers'' need about information to distance education in elementary schools included schedule, meeting intimation, homework assignment e.g.   (8) It''s foundation of computer classroom organization adjustment to implement distance education in elementary schools.   Base on the results and conclusions, the study also provides research suggestions for the references of future relevant research and also for the pushing of implementation of distance education for elementary schools.
