Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 85 ===   The main purpose of this study were (1) to explore the relevant theories of emotion management.(2) to survey current situation of the principals'''' emotion management. (3) to make recommendations from this study to the principals, school staffs and relevant organization.   To accomplish the purpose, this study had adopted the methods of literature review as well as questionnaire. The researcher compiled "Questionnaire for the principals'''' emotion management in junior high school". The original research materials were gathered from the school staffs in public junior high schools in Taiwan Province. A total of 85 schools are selectde and the effective samples acquired are 632 copies. The data were analyzed through statistical packaging software"SPSS for Windows".   The results of this study are follows:   1.Generally speaking, emotion can distinguish the obverse emotion and the reverse emotion. Most of the principals appear their emotion are the obverse enlightened, composed and smooth emotion.   2.The satisfaction of the school staffs about the principals'''' emotion management were ordinary. The bigger school staffs'''' satisfaction were higher than smaller school staffs''''. Female school staffs'''' satisfaction were lower than male school staffs''''.   3.There are many factors influenced principal''''s emotion management. The main factors are student''''s problems,parents'''' expectancy, staff''''s convention and diversified opinions. The secondary factors are staff''''s dereliction the duty, basis principle, affair flurried,decision making, leadership of organization, and principals'''' family harassment.   4.The main principle of emotion management are effective communication, good interpersonal relationship, positive optimistic, frustration enduring and correct attribution. The principal''''s ability of emotion management must to be promoted.   5.The important method to promote the intellectual capacity of the principals'''' emotion management is to strengthen the knowledge about the emotion management on usual occasions.   6.Between the emotion appear and the emotion management of the principals is positive correlation, and between the emotion appear and principals'''' service performance is positive correlation, too.   According to the discoveries mentioned above suggestions were proposed as follows:   1.To emphasis on the function of the principals'''' emotion management.   2.To improve the ability about the principals'''' emotion management, especially in effective communication and correct attribution.   3.To concern the pressure pressure of the principals. The parents should implement home education.   4.To emphasis on the school staffs'''' needs, especially in worm emotion support.   5.To establish the reasonable system for the evaluations of principals'''' service performance.   6.To establish the emotion counseling for the principals.
