development in a competitive
environment that is intense and dynamic,and the product life
cycle become shorter

Due to the all related research in Taiwan are restricted to
a limited area and
the actual test,this thesis use an overall view to focus on the
acquire phase of the
system life-cycle,the process from concept development to ramp-
up.It is based on
theoretical conception to operate on qualitative research,and
use Acer''s PC business
organization for actual test.actual test.
This thesis start with the system notions.It use the
knowledge-creating theory to
introduce the development and integration of concepts,the
prototyping and test process,
and constitute the main framework for new product development.
Later,it devide the frame-
work into six critical functions,and set different mechanism in
developing management
according to the degree of invention for product architecture.
The purpose of this thesis is to provide firm with a
framework for thinking about.
Besides the concurrent engineering and integration inside and
outside,the firm must
elevate the environment for creating and the degree of
knowledge.According to it''s
proprietary states,the firm could start with the basic theory,
and find the best way in
managing new product development.
