With the speeding change, shortening life cycle of products and technologies , general entrepreneurs could not cope with these problems all by themselves, no matter how large or how abundant resources a company is. And this is why "collaborative network" and "collaborative strategy" are given more and more attention, especially small companies being the main composite of Taiwan economy. We must pay more attention to the ways and the theories of " Network Collaboration". So, the author tries to realize the way how the high-tech firms in Taiwan cooperate and collaborate on the basis of "Collaborative Network",especially focus on the network relationships, benefits, and strategies. Through the observation on the real work of the high-tech firms, the author tries to summarize some models of network relationships, benefits, and strategies. But limited by time and resources, the author suggests who is interested in such topic, could study the same topic by large samples. Thanks.
