(CCMP 1324), Isochrysis sp. (CCMP 463), Nannochloropsis oculata, Chlorella minutussima (UXTE 2341) were cultured and analyzed for their fatty acid composition. Isochrysis galbana TK2 and Pavlova lutheri (CCMP 1325) were species found to be rich in EPA and DHA contents and subjected to cultured test. Cultural conitions were examined for the optimal conditions for production, on salt concentrations, temperature, the concentration of sodium aceteat for carbon source, and the concentration of sodium glutamate and urea for nitrogen sources. Eventually, we eluadate the effect of environment factors on algal biomass DHA productions.The experimental results showed that an optimal culturing of Isochrysis galbana TK2 were 3.2﹪salnity , temperature 25℃. Sodium glutamate was the best nitrogen source. The suitable concentration was 10 mM, and the dry weight can reached 0.59 g per litre culture, the DHA production can reach 12.04 mg per litre culture. The suitable concentration of sodium acetate for mixtrophic culture of Isochrysis galbana TK2 was 10 mM. The dry weight can reach 0.54 g per litre culture, and DHA can reach 10.85 mg per litre culture. The optimal culturing of Pavlova lutheri (CCMP 1325) were 3.2﹪salnity, temperature 25℃. The best nitrogen source was sodium nitrate, and autotrophic cultulture was better than mixotrophic culture. When the concentration of sodium glutamate and urea increasing, the contects of DHA in cells were decreasing in Isochrysis galbana TK2 and Pavlova lutheri (CCMP 1325) culture. But when we added sodium acetate into Isochrysis galbana TK2 and Pavlova lutheri (CCMP 1325) culture, the contects of DHA in cells were increasing. f marine microalgae, including Pavlova lutheri (CCMP 1325),
