Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 電機工程學系 === 85 === Due to availability of time synchronism in Global Positioning System (GPS), synchronized Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) based on GPS can real-time measure voltage and current phasors at every power system bus. This method is more efficient and fast than calculation of power flow or state estimation. This thesis not only research into the observation of GPS 1PPS (one Pulse Per Second) but also presents an implementable structure of PMU and realizes and verifies it. Moreover, this thesis compares four different digital algorithms in phasor and frequency estimation, and selects Discrete Fourier Transform method, DFT, which is the most appropriate for theproposed PMU.
