The subjects are under 22-year-old men''''''''s national basketball team player of R.O.C. all the physiological and biochemical variables were collected in two stages which including before-trainingand after-tuaining. the physical test subjects include：basic data of height, weight, age;physical fitness, stand jump.shuttle run.12min endurance run.long distance throw. sit-up.push-up.back strange. long jump...;the analysis of：Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN),Creatine(CRE), Lactate dehydrogen kinase,and Uric Acid...and so on. All these datas were analyzed by t-test, and stand level is P=.05. According these results, players of test subjects are progressing in phy6sical fitness, blood biochemical response. Therefor, it will bethe positive for using specific physical fitness training in developing players sport ability.
