碩士 === 淡江大學 === 物理學系 === 85 === Vortex-pair production is calculated in typeII superconducting films below the Berezinsky-Kosterlitz-Thouless transition as a function of temperature,mag-netic field,current and pinning effects.We try to obtain an formular for the film resistivity depending on these variables. In chapter2 we consider the region below Tbkt where we generalize the equation for production of vortex-antivortex pairs to include the imbalance bet-ween vortices and antivortices due to an external magnetic. In chapter3 we calculate the production of pairs due to a current including the pinning effect.Then we put our results together to obtain an expression for the resistivity as a function of temperature,magnetic field,current and pinning effects. Finally,in the appendix,we try to paint pictures with the resistivity and three variables-tempature,magnetic field and current.
