Methodology: There are two apporache used in this thesis,one is Histor- ical approach,the other is Interdisciplinary approach.Results: Base on objective analysis, the main conclusion is that Commu-nist China will contiune stick on reformation, develpment and stability ..so that he can accomplish Military reform and arm force build-up ,wh-ile not endanger her growing economic development.The keypoint of defense build-up is focus in nuclear weapon ,air force,maval weapon system and personnel training to enhanse quality while qua-lity is deducting.So we can say,Communist China will be the military ec-onomic superpower ,if she can stick on economic and military reformationsteadly.
