Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 水資源及環境工程學系 === 85 === The main purpose of this paper is to obtain a reasonable resources usage by developing the optimal water resources model and applying the computer technology to solve the problem. This study uses the "Interactive CONWEIGHT algorithm" developed by Hsu, J.Y. and Tzeng, Y.R. to formulate a new interactive concept and algorithm for resolving multiobjective programming problem. For applying the algorithm to case study, taking the Feitsui Reservoir and Meinung Reservoir to solve the multiobjective reservoir operation model. In order to examine the solution of the optimization model, we analyzed the output and compared with the real reservoir operation data, it presented a reasonable result which not only can be as reference for efficient reservoir management but also could provide an useful information for extreme inflow condition in the future. In additional, this paper also guides a new concept which is combined with the simulation and optimization models for long period reservoir operation would be more considerate of the numerical model simulation.
