Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 水資源及環境工程學系 === 85 === Tu-Cheng industrial area is a synthetic industrial district which drained a lot of dyeing wastewater. In order to cooperate with the inspection of environmental authority which concerned illegal release of waste water. The waste-watered treatment plant right now are facing the problems of more and more wastewater needed to handle, and the ffluent needed to coincide with the 1998''s effluent standard. The main process of wastewater in Tu-Cheng industry area wastewater treatment plant is the biological process. Nevertheless, the growing development of industry, making the biological process was not enough to use. COD and transparency of effluent could not meet the standard. In this study we evaluate the treatability among electrocoagulation, fenton method, and electro-aggregation on this treatment plant. The results showed that: 1.While using fenton method to deal with the equalization tank wastewater, the removal of COD could be reached about 69%, and the remaining COD about 200 mg/L. Besides, when handling the biological effluent, the removal of COD also could be reached about 68%, and the remained COD about 90 mg/L. This result coincided with the 1998''s effluent standard. 2.While using electro-coagulation to deal with the equalization tank wastewater, the removed of COD could be reached about 75%, and the remaining COD reached about 150 mg/L; in the same way to deal with the biological effluent, the removal of COD about 40%, and the remained COD was about 110 mg/L. 3.By using electro-aggregation to handle the biological effluent, the removal of COD about 50%, and the remained COD was about 82 mg/L. The benefits and defects of these three methods are as follow: 1.The benefits of fenton method were it could oxidate the organic and improve coagulation, and the defects were its detaintion time was 34 minutes and before separate sludge, it should pass the precipitation process. 2.The benefit of electro-coagulation method was its effluent coincided with the effluent standard, and the defect were its detaintion time was 20 minutes and the results of sludge-aggregation was worse. 3.The benefits of electro-aggregation method were the process time was quickly and have much improvement of transparency. The defects of this method were the removal efficacy of polar material and the temperature of effluent was higher. So before discharge the effluent, it have to cool down the temperature.
