Questionaires were delivered to the 294 volunteers. Of them 187 usable questionaires were returned, the response rate was 63.61 percent. Those collected data from the questionaires were analized by SPSS for widows software, and the statistical techniques were used including item analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation and one-way analysis of variance.   The major results of data analysis indicated as follows:   1.The most strongest participated motivation is social responsibility, secondary is self-growth, and third is social contact.   2.The most satisfactory dimension in job satisfaction is human relation, secondary is selt-gowth, and job characteristic is the lowest satisfaction.   3.There are significant differences between personal characteristic and job satisfaction including sex, age, years on job and job leaving,   4.There are positive significant correlation between participated motivation and job satisfaction at .01 level of significance.
