碩士 === 大同工學院 === 材料工程學系 === 85 === In this study, wear and corrosion tests will be carried out to evaluatethe performance of the JIS SKD61 (AISI H13) tool steel coated with hardchromium, electroplating chromium, chromium nitride, chromium carbideusing electroplating, cathodic arc arc plasma deposition and thermalreaction diffusion, respectively. In addition, those films will be passivated and then studied the effect on the wear and corrosion properties.The results showed that the weight loss of the SKD61 coated with highsurface hardness chromium included coatings is lower than that of theSKD61 without coating. The friction coefficient of hard chromium andCrN is higher than that of heat treated SKD61 tool steel. It was concluded that the CrN coating can improve the wear resistance. The passivation ofthe wear resistance of coating steel can't obvious change. The heattreated SKD61 coated with CrN, CrC can improve the corrosion resistancein different corrosion solution, except that hard chromium coating specimen. The passivated CrC coating have best corrosion resistance.
