Summary:碩士 === 中正理工學院 === 電機工程研究所 === 86 === The purpose of this thesis is to discuss that how to use the feature of IC (Integrated Circuit) circuit layout image, to perform the image registration within couple of circuit layout image. The image registration operation, rapid and accurate, of IC layout image that can assure increase recognition of objects in the image, even can provide the important procedures of contrariwise test in layout image of circuit produce process. First, we gather many of features selective methods, and then modify the area-based selective method that can be perform in MIL (Matrox Imaging Library) function library. Second, we elaborate the basic steps of image registration operation, choose BCB (Borland C++ Builder), DFL component and MIL function library to design test program. Finally, by statistics results of experiment, we choose the better of registration technique, and add it to the overall of layout image process program.
