The second Part is the multirate Virtual Clockalgorithm to schedule the service order of cells from differentvideo streams. With this multirate control mechanism, each MPEGvideo stream not only is guaranteed a low jitter bound, but also alow delay bound and a small buffer requirement. The multiplexinggain is also higher than peak rate allocation. Hou Ting-Chao 侯廷昭 1998 學位論文 ; thesis 150 zh-TW |
