study , adopting case-control study, picks 120 women treated for
primary infertility at the obstetric department of Kaohsiung
municipal women and children generically hospital as cases, and
120 women as a control group who delivered a healthy baby for
the first time and had no history of infertility in d IOsame
hospital, total sample size is 240.The results found the mean
age, mean menarche age, mean sexual frequency and mean body mass
index that before treated were significantly differences in
cases compared to control. The factors that were associated with
primary infertility women were whose age over 35, menarche age
over 14, having pelvic cavity operation, mean sexual frequency
<6 times/month and body mass index over 22.5㎏/m2 that before
treated and flustering in sexual activity. The risk factors of
primary infertility women were whose menarche age over 14,mean
sexual frequency <6 times/month before treated and flustering in
sexual activity were observem2 to have significant by the
multiple logistic regression model.The factors were associated
with primary infertility women caused by endometriosis were
whose age over 35, menarche age over 14, having pelvic cavity
operation, mean sexual frequency <6 times/month before treated.
