Two examples of Internet Service are the Reuters and Magatimes.This study proposes that there are three steps of new service development process for type II telecommunication service in Taiwan. The three steps are preliminary analysis, service Development, and new service launch. Among the three steps, We can conclude that there are several factors such as coordinate, marketplace, technology, encounter management, service maintenance and the internal operational process. These conclusions are presented here in the form of four propositions.Proposition 1: During the steps of the new service development process, we find that the quality of preliminary analysis, service development, and new service launch will positively influence the decision quality, service system,acceptance of new service, and customer satisfaction. Proposition 2: The antecedent of communication quality with partners will positively influence new service development quality, this factors are the same perspective, market intelligence sharing, resource sharing, and task assign.Proposition 3: The antecedent of market intelligence quality will positively influence new service development quality, These factors are market space, the substitute of service,the consumer behavior, and technological information. Proposition 4: The antecedent of the corporation resource will positively influence new service development quality, these factors are human resource, facilities of hardware and software,applying capability of facilities, financial resource, and operation process.The implications of these propositions for the development of type II telecommunication service are understandable.
