The performance of combustion for study are lifting flame, flash back, yellow tip and so on. According to the above performance of combustion, the effect of area and deep of a flame hole with Burner Heads are study. Also, the photographs of flame with various parameters are investigated to judge the performance of combustion for Burner Heads. We also want to find the reasons and determine the des In order to control the heat input, the chosen fuels in this experiment are C3H8 and C4H10. The deep of a flame hole is classify into five ranks, such as 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm.The area of a flame hole is classify into three ranks, such as 6.09mm2, 5.58 mm2, 4.59 mm2 .In the test of heat efficiency, the fuel pressure is among 230 mmH2O to 330mmH2O. From the experimental results show that the better desirable combustion range for the deep of a flame hole is located between 4mm to 6mm. In the same heat load per unit flame hole area, the primary air ratio is increased with the increased of per unit flame hole area.
