Because of this, IC Cards - plastic money are noticed by people. This paper focused on the FISC IC Card, we explain the system architecture, data accessed condition. About the fundamental theory of IC Card secrecy function -- Cryptosystem theory, we explaining clearly about the IC Card secrecy control architecture to emphasize the high security property of IC Card. Finally, in order to accommodate the application on Internet, we have used DES and RSA encryption algorithm to design a system called "the Remote Update Operation" to meet the following requests ﹕ 1. the secrecy of Information. 2. the integrity of data. 3. the authentication of legal connecting users. 4. the nonrepudiation of data.
