Take a look at the human being have the city culture up to now, core-space is always the most active, colorful and cultural sense region of the city, it also proves the existence of the human being have lived in cities from pre- ancient era. What it represents the culture level of the city total achievement is closely relative to the city formation &construction, The nowaday city heart is "secularization core" which gradually instead of the prior "spiritualization core", during the organic planning of the capitalistic society, technology, economy and politics versus religion temples as stand in the significant position to dominate core-space. The world war II afterward, the people income increase universally, the internal economy of core-space is expanding continuously and even corrode the peripheral resident area, all of these caused the poor residential circIn Taiwan, the called Formosa Castle was famous of history architecture and history space due to the land adventure crisis in the recent years, the society order out of controlled, considerable automotive vehicles and a great deal of inadequate public construction all bring the city rapidly explosion and blind extension, the cores belong to the common memory of the full citizen has become unclear and unreadable. In past temples & small grounds which were playing the role of linking up the inhabitants and i Besides, during the city planning is expending, the concentrated economic advantages of urban cores activities in the rapid urbanization development, hint the single-cores style will be spread over as the "multi- cores development" style. The former Tainan City development mostly concentrated at the middle western region, small city scale and single-cores style development were enough for the city function general operation; but under the recent years rapid development, it is not able to meet the basicFinally, this study attempt to build up Tainan City as a "multi-cores development" style city, achieve city each region equilibration development and reduce the number of commuting travel in the single-cores region; meanwhile insist the culture history as the topical style of Tainan City, enhance the formed castle image mutually by history architecture and history space, and recommend to settle the different style of grounds as the landmark attracting the people activities, finally recovery the charm of theKey words:Core, Urban Core, Core-Space & Tainan City
