Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系 === 86 === The market for high-power cotinuous-wave (CW) ,visible and ultraviolet (UV) lasers is desirable.Until recently "high-power continuous-wave visible and ultra-violet(UV)" were synonymous with"gas and ion lasers "But the wall-plug efficiency of a state-of-the-art, multiple-watt ion lasers is less than 0.05%,We can use an intracavity-doubled,diode-array-pumped solud-state lasers producing 10mW of green light, and the solid-state lasers with wall-plug efficiency at least 20 times than ion lasers. We are use semiconducator laser pumping solid-state laser(Nd:YAG crystal).Than through KDP that make it double-frequency.
