地籍測量重要的課題之一。本文針對現行土地複丈所面臨界址點測定前後
不一致的問題,探討如何運用GPS衛星測量之技術,一方面免除了圖根點遺
失及維護補建問題;另一方面,又可以改進土地複丈作業流程。 配合新
的國家坐標系統-1997台灣大地基準(TWD97),以GPS輔助土地複丈作業,在
現行測量地段進行主要圖根點測量,求解TWD97與現有圖解區及數值重測成
果間之坐標轉換參數,及其網形變形數據,將可建立區域性測區坐標框架的
一致性,不僅解決圖根點維護補建問題,而且完成整體國家坐標體系的建立
。更進一步言,經由RTK進行土地複丈測定界址點時,並可獲得該界址點之
TWD97坐標,從而納入複丈管理系統,充分發揮GPS的高度一致性,使複丈成
果與重測未成果相當。 本文選定台南縣市圖解區及最近完成之數值地
籍重測區,進行本文研究方法之測試,由實際土地複丈作業案件之模擬,除
評估其作業流程、效益外,亦可作為研擬改進土地複丈作業及其成果精度
檢查規範之參考。
This is a important topic to discuss how to improve the
operational procedure and method of land revision,hereby
increase the precision and quality . This study is researching
the difference of land mark surveying on land revision how to
use the technique of GPS surveying to efface the problems of
skeleton point lose,conservation and recontribution;there to
improve the operational procedure of land revision. Using
the new national coordinate system-1997 taiwan World Datum(
TWD97) and GPS to assistant land revision operation and the
principle skeleton point surveying in actual area.There to
compute coordinate transformation parameters, and establish the
coherence of coordinate frame in regional area. That will
resolve the problems of conservation and re-contribution of
skeleton point,and establish the whole national coordiate frame
. Additionally , when use RTK technique to survey the land
mark in land revision operation , we will achieve the
coordinate of land mark in TWD97.Then save the results in
management system and utilize the high coherence of GPS to
achieve the precision results. Apply the Taiwan graphical
area and existent digital cadastral resurveying area to test of
research method , simulate the actual land revision case to
estimate the efficiency of operation procedure.To enact the norm
for GPS assistant land revision operation and precision.
