Trained and lived in the UAS, had learned their living and training methods and the way they train on Strength, speed, skills, and endurance. It is my sincere hope this book will help to improve our Pole Vaulters. This book consist of the following: 1. Preface. The history of Pole Vault and how it began, and the development the pole, and the pole vault back ground, and including training facility, the field and all the records of the passed.2. Selection of the Pole. The selection of the pole must be determent by their speed, strength, and the height of the athletes. The explanation of how to select the right Poles. 3. Strength training. Weight training for pole vaulters and the selection of the operators, and the starting weight is very important to the athletes. The sets and the frequency of the set must be determent. 4. Technique training. According to the original study on the pole vault, and analyzing and the training methods. 5. Psychological training.The importance of the psychological training., during the competition and during the training is very important. Especially for those beginers. 6. Training schedule. Scheduling is set according to the season will be determent. The annual planning, monthly and weekly scheduling and pre-Season, Season, and preparation for the competition must be planed. 7. Healthy athletes. A smart work out will prevent any injuries. Drinking and smoking is harmful to the athletes health. Specially before the competitions. 8. In conclusion. Training athletes it takes a long time. Above listed must combined together in order to have and elite pole vaulters.
