This conceptual framework has ctwo parts: 1. the consciousmemory consists of identity, cause map, organizational routine and working library. 2. the memory- processing mechanism consists of attention, interpre-tion, integrated, and monitor. When organizations have the organizationalmemory system, that it can show the organization all the faults and let ganizations don''t make the same mistake again. In its operation, the organization can practice innovation and to directthe organizations'' own growth.
