This conceptual framework has ctwo parts: 1. the consciousmemory consists of identity, cause map, organizational routine and working library. 2. the memory- processing mechanism consists of attention, interpre-tion, integrated, and monitor. When organizations have the organizationalmemory system, that it can show the organization all the faults and let ganizations don''t make the same mistake again.
