Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 化學工程學系 === 86 === In this study ,waste foaming polystyrene is used for raw material .The nitration reaction proceeds to use the mixed nitric acid and sulfuric acid ,then use the mixed acid to control the degree of the nitration.The NPS is reduced to use the phenyl-hydrazine to get the Amino-polystyrene(AMPS),then amino-polystyrene after sulfonation gets the Amino-polystyrene sulfonic acid(SA-PSSA),or NPS after sulfonation gets the nitro- polystyrene sulfonic acid (NPS-PSSA),the NPS-PSSA is reduced to use the phenylhydrazine to get the amino-polystyrene-polystyrnen sulfonic acid.It can get the polymer-azo-dye by diazotiation coupling with N-1-Naphthylethyldiamine Dihydrochloride(NEDA),and compared the UV spectrum to sulfanilamide,orthanilic acid,p- toluidine,aniline with the analogous structure.
