With extensive measurement of that, we discuss two different types of resonators that are made of micro-strip line and coaxial resonator respectively in our VCO circuits. For applications of wirelesscommunication, we design and fabricate 2.4 GHz frequency synthesizer module with PLL and VCO. Moreover, we discuss the effect of output signal produced by these parameters of phase lock loop. In higher frequency signal source which uses the multiplier to complete this task, we apply P-3000 foundry provided by Hexwave Inc. to design a 7.2 GHz multiplierwith its operation frequency bandwidth above 500 MHz. In modulation signal source, our research focuses on digital modulator that contains three different modulators implemented by changing the phase, amplitude and frequency of the carrier directly. These three modulators are FSK, BPSK and IQ modulator whose operation frequencies are 2.4 GHz and modulation bandwidths are wide-band. Besides that, we use SSB(Single Side Band) measurement and Demodulation measurement to analyze the characteristics of the modulators that we*ve fabricated. h contains two
