Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 物理學系 === 86 === The aim of the research is to explore the periodic potential well and the electric quality of quassi-periodic potential well. We use Transfer-Matrixmethod to search the solution of Schrodiger equation of Fibonacci and Thue-Morsequassi-periodic superlattice. By doing so,we derive the energy and wave functionof moving electron in quantum well. Besides,we also calculate the extra electricfield's influence on the transferation of quassi-periodic potential well. Acc-ording to result of the calculation, we find that the electron of quassi- periodic,influenced by the addition to electric field,changes its wave function phase and confine its position. In order to understand the change of electror,which is influenced by the extraelectric field in quassi-periodic superlattice.we system adically calculateperiodic superlattice potential well,and explore. The influences of the chenge ofthe width and depth of and width and hight of potential barrier in the potentialwell structure on electron.According to result of calculation,we presume thatowing to the addition of electron of electric field, electric changes electron'stunnelling and interferring resorance abilities. Therefore,they probably cause the change of electron's confined position in the periodic potential well.
