The purpose of this study is as follow: 1. To build an instructor-model with systematic research methods. 2. To establish developmental process which can be used and utilized for business. 3. To offer integrated reference for business introducing instructor-systems. The document analysis, interviews, and questionnaire survey of Delphi were adopted as the research methodology. After combining, analyzing, and summing up the literature and interviews, the questionnaire of the first time was made to draw up an initial model. In addition, each of them was taken like holding a meeting. The researcher not only reclaimed, summarized, and analyzed the data, but also gave Delphi experts feedback with the next questionnaire. The questionnaires of Delphi were carried out for four times. The number of Delphi experts have some characteristics as below: 1. Scholars or experts who deeply explore the issue with instructors. 2. Professionals who have much experience of instructor-training. 3. Be instructors in the Business. 4. Consultants with much experience for introducing instructor systems. The research develop six domain to establish the model, which are : 1. The first domain has seven items that were analyzed the demand of instructors . 2. The second domain has ten items that were ensured the goals of instructor Systems. 3. The third domain has ten items that were limited the roles of instructors. 4. The fourth domain has ten items that described the plan of instructor systems and programs. 5. The fifth domain has nine items that were been the factors of putting instructor systems in practice. 6. The sixth domain has eight items that were evaluated the plan. Regarding the result, the conclusion is described below: 1. Instructor systems were expected with plan of all purpose in mature. 2. Instructor systems were planed with sequences. 3. The model of this research has six domain and fifty-four items. 4.
