the poetics of emotion (情) in the traditional aesthetics about the <<Classics
of Poems>> (<<CP>>). Apart from the <<CP>>, we discuss also poetics in <<Menci
us>>, <the Great Forward of Mao''s CP>, as well as poetics in <<Wen Hsin Diao L
ong>>. Our discussion will bear on the following directions: 1. the process of
transformation of the 2 poetics of aspiration and of emotion, and their meani
ngs. 2. the relation between the 2 poetics and the following topics: the subje
ct and the forms of poetical creations. 3. the poetics of things in the <<CP>>
. 4. the content and meaning of "Wen" (文), and the position of "things" (物)
in the culture of the <<CP>>.
