Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學系 === 86 === During the process of sheet metal forming, wrinkles and fractures are two major problems confronted usually by die designers. Studied on fractures has complete development, such as FLD, but researches on wrinkles comparatively are rather less and insufficient, especially for wrinkles occurred in the die cavities. Such type of wrinkle is confronted frequently and is the most difficult to cope with as well. In the present study, analytic models were developed for the industry applications. Using finite element method, three types of analytic models were established to study the influence causes of wrinkles and solvents, and the validity of simulations were confirmed by stamping products in the same process parameters and material properties. The results of present study will provide die designers with relevant concepts about wrinkles reduction. Key Words: wrinkles, finite element method, sheet metal forming
