n of the linear motor. The output force and rate of operation is improved so t
he motor is more applicable. In the aspect of designing, it draws a layout met
hod for the motor''s pole position. Moreover, it also designs a controller for
the motor, including the control of stroke and phase.First, the transfer funct
ion between drive voltage and the position of piston is developed, then the tr
ansfer function provides the design method of the dynamic operation condition
of the motor. By using an analytic software of magnetic loop (Cosmos/M), the m
agnetic flux loop and the air gap magnetic flux density are improved, then the
output force by the motor can be calculated. Secondly, the controller is desi
gned as the structure of two parameters'' controller as in references, the anal
og circuit is used
