Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 環境工程學研究所 === 86 === The object of this research is to investigate the pyrolysis
kinetics and products of tetra packs in nitrogen. The tetra
packs, kraft papers and LDPE ( low-density polyethylene ), the
main components of tetra pack, were pyrolyzed in nitrogen at
the heating rates of 5.2, 12.8, 21.8 K/min, and the pyrolysis
kinetic model of tetra packs was built up. For the product
analysis, tetra packs were pyrolyzed at the heating rate of 5.2
K/min, and the solid residues and gaseous products were
collected and analyzed.
The results indicate that the variation of residual mass
fraction of tetra pack pyrolysis consisted of three distinct
stages. The first stage was contributed by the primary reaction
of kraft paper. Pyrolysis reaction of LDPE and the secondary
reaction of kraft paper were significant in the second stage.
The third stage was only contributed by the secondary reaction
of kraft paper. The one-reaction model and two-reaction model
could describe the pyrolysis behavior of LDPE and kraft paper,
respectively. T
In the part of product analysis, the aluminum foil in the
final residues was analyzed by XRPD ( X-ray powdered
diffraction ), and the results indicate that the aluminum foil
in the final residues was pure aluminum. The results evaluate
the recovery value of aluminum foil. The main gaseous products
were CO2 and HCx, and the HCx consisted of low molecular
paraffin and olefin ( C1~5 ), which were higher heating value
gases. The temperature range corresponding to the maximum CO2
concentration was during 575
