The purpose of call admissioncontrol in Integrated Services Networks is to offer a guarantee that Quality of Service (QOS) are not violated due to the admission of new calls into the network. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can work well and meet the stable and reliable requirement in a VOD system.
