Due to the workshop control system as an important role in sending the decision command to and receiving the production status data from machines, the workshop control system not only correctly executes production command to the lower level but also monitors the resource status data and the flow of products.The monitoring system that uses Borland C++ Builder as a developing language is implemented for user interface in this study. The user interface uses multi threads to perform the status of control flow and the reply of monitoring data simultaneously. Besides, by means of the protocol of two transmission ports, the command to PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and DPU (Data Process Unit) modular are sent to monitor the statuses and data of production flow and to order AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) to dealwith material handling management in the AS/RS (Automated Storage/Retrieval System). In the computer implementation include workshop control system simulation and pallets, machines, stoppers inquiry. Such processes are described based on the object-oriented method.
