Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 纖維及高分子研究所 === 86 === The pyridone derivatives were prepared from a mixture of ethyl acetoacetate、ethyl cyanoacetate and amines (ammonia water、methyl amine and n-propyl amine). The condensation reaction of pyridone intermediates with aromatic aldehyde and 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methylene indoline led to obtain two series of mono-methine and di-methine pyridone disperse dyes, respectively. The chemical structure were carried out through IR、1H-NMR and Mass spectral analysis. Visible absorption spectra of the dyes were examined in DMF solvent and shown 525~530 nm. These dyes were applied to polyester fabrics and shown red hues. The sublimation fastness and lightfastness ofthese dyes on polyester fabrics were measured and shown in the range among 3~5 grade and 3~6 grade,respectively.
