On the other hand, many traditional conveniences stores pre-sent new style by restructuring and reforming in order to compete with chain conveniencestores This study mainly discussed on the differences between the voluntary chain conven-ience stores and the independent convenience stores. This study also discussed how the marketing behaviors affect their performances. The study results are following:1.The marketing behaviors between the voluntary chain convenience stores and the inde- pendent convenience stores are different.2.The performances between the voluntary chain convenience stores and the independent convenience stores are different.3.In the voluntary conveniences stores,some marketing behaviors do affect the perform- ances.4. Inthe independent convenience stores, some marketing behaviors do affect the perform- ances.
