The 12 billion populated China creates a vast market potential attracting Taiwan''s industry. According to the China government''s estimate, there are at least thirty thousand Taiwanese companies which are investing and building companies in China. The total dollar amount is almost thirty billion dollars.   There are so many problems between the employers from Taiwan and their Chinese employees. Wage conflicts, stealing, strikes, improper management and low working efficiency cause problems for the Chinese society and the Taiwanese employees. The thesis will investigate the relationships among Chinese employees'' job stress, job satisfaction and job performances. The results of this thesis will provide Taiwanese employers with more reasonable and effective management styles. In order to reach this goal, a questionnaire will be given to the Chinese employees hired by Taiwanese companies.   SPSS is used as the main software to implement descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA, relevance analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural analysis.   The main results suggested that the Taiwanese employers should pay attention to the relevant psychological question(e.g., Job stress, Job satisfaction, Job performances ). They also need to manage Chinese employees with consideration for the Chinese culture. It is not recommended to transfer the management used in Taiwan to China without any adjustment. It is also important to Keep good relationship, decrease job stress, improve job satisfaction and performances for Chinese employees.
