Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業工程學系 === 87 === In the real manufacturing system, lots of process situations are changed due to the manufacturing process involuntarily. Those situations are caused by deteriorate factors which make process unstable. Therefore, output drift with time in long-term production procedures even the process parameter setup fixed. Only few studies focused on this domain so far. This study constructs a process control system that consists of five subsystems. They are Integrated Feedforward Control and Feedback Control Subsystem, Adjustment Subsystem, Manufacturing Process Subsystem, Measurement Subsystem, and Evaluation and Analysis Subsystem. First of all the Integrated Feedforward Control and Feedback Control Subsystem, this research studies how input affect output quality to show the importance of feedforward control. Then it simulates real manufacturing system with fixed and stable deteriorating model to evaluate the performance of feedback control models. The result of experimental analysis suggests using Combining Regression and EWMA Model for feedback control. Final, both feedforward control and feedback control are integrated to be the base of process parameter adjustment. The verification proves the feasibility and excellent performance of this process control system.
