With client-server structure, the problem that databases in each PC are not consistent can be solved. This is important for a business to control it's database system. Besides, The Web-based database application systems offer great potential for business opportunity. The purpose of this paper is to develop a web-based offering system, that enterprise can use internet to conduct business marketing and gather competitive intelligence.
