have been worsening. The unsound distribution of wages proves to be the major causes leading to such problems. To put it in more understandable terms, the uneven income in all families results primarily to uneven the uneven income of the members in the family. The very key point in the study is to break down the factors leading to uneven wages in the families. By characteristics, the lines are categorized into agriculture, industries,
services to study the differentials leading to the uneven distribution of wages in various lines. The study yields the findings that in different lines, the causes affecting the uneven wage incomes are significantly different, with family backgrounds as the key factors in agriculture, occupation as the key factors in industry. In services, all variables in interpretation are quite even, but still taking sex, family backgrounds as the major factors which, nevertheless, are not as high as those in the agriculture and industries.
