Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 教練研究所 === 87 === Judo was originated from Japan. Japan is a great nation of judo. In order to enhance the judo skill progression, the training method of judo in Japan had to be scientific change due to the challenge of the Western judo culture recently. Taiwan had been a very good level of performance at judo in the world, too. According to the records of Taiwan judo business, Judo performance were the similar or decreased when compared than before in the last ten year in Taiwan. While we considered the progression of the whole world judo business, Taiwan has to do more in judo training. We do not know why, the physical fitness level, muscular strength and endurance of Taiwan’s judo athletes are quite similar than that of other countries’ judo athletes. However, there were no improved in the perspective of judo technique during the international judo competitions on the wholly estimation. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to the perspective of physical fitness, training methods and skill, mental training, as well as health administration of judo in the theoretical and scientific practical ways of judo. Hopefully the following message will help judo coaches not only in the training of judo, but also in the strategy of competitive enhancement. The whole structure of this paper will be included eight chapters as follows:
1. The concept of judo included judo history, Taiwan’s judo
history, and the idea of judo promotion in the future.
2. The basic judo technique included the structure of judo
skill, varied of standing gesture in judo, and all of the
motions, such as the skill of grips, and the protect skill
of fallen in judo.
3. The tactic of judo training included the uchikomi, the
randori, the grip, and the single or two-person training,
and so on.
4. The physical fitness of judo athletes was discussed from the
exercise physiological perspective. In this chapter was
illustrated a record of physical fitness testing in judo
team, National College of Physical Education and Sports.
5. The strategies application in judo included the important of
understanding of the regulations of judo, the motions of arm
and stance applied during the grips application, the field
of judo application, the recognition for the referee, weight
loss, and the coach right application, and, etc.
6. Mental training in judo included the definition and concept
of mental training and its application.
7. The design of training program included the meaning and
principle of, mode, content, consideration, and the
consequence of training program.
8.The health administration and injuries in judo included the
health administration for judo players, the methods of
recovery after fatigue, and the injuries in judo.
