Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 光電工程所 === 87 === A special range-finding system basing upon the triangular ranging principle has been constructed. It equips with an optical system, a contact image sensor, and a signal processing circuit. The advantage of contact image sensor is low cost and easy to control, so we can simplify the signal processing circuit. In the measurement system, both of optical imaging method and vertical range-finding method are adopted to reduce the influence of beam size effect. This doing can improve the object detection. The results show that the system can effectively detect the object existing in a defined field.
