The four factors considered in this experiment are steel stress, protective cover thickness, the compressive strength of concrete and bar diameter. We made 270 steel concrete specimens including three different kinds of material - the plain concrete, steel fiber concrete with 0.5 % fiber volume added and steel fiber concrete with 1.0 % fiber volume added. The specimens are used to investigate the behavior of crack width of the exterior and cleavage length of the interior. The results of study denote as follows: Because steel fiber has higher tensile strength and better bond stress between fiber and cement paste, the crack width and the cleavage length of steel fiber concretes both with 0.5 % fiber volume added and with 1.0 % fiber volume added decrease by 12.90%, 24.46% and 9.51%, 25.39% than the plain concrete, respectively. In this test, since the average crack width of two steel fiber concretes are less than the value calculated by the Gergely-Lutz formula in ACI Code, but those calculated errors are more than the average crack allowable error of reinforced concrete. So the crack width of calculation formula in ACI Code is also suitable for steel fiber concrete, but result must to be modified. 陳文雄 1999 學位論文 ; thesis 274 zh-TW |
